Anger

 

Sometimes people think that it is wrong to have angry feelings, when actually anger is a very important emotion. Anger alerts us when something is wrong, unfair or when someone is being unkind. While anger is an important emotion, it is also an uncomfortable feeling that can be challenging to navigate.
